VIRALPULSE Privacy Policy

Scope
VIRALPULSE is an internal application under development for operating our own channel, VIRALPULSE888. It is not currently offered to external users.
Google and YouTube data
The operator authorizes access using Google OAuth. Current requested permissions cover video uploading and read-only YouTube access. To date, testing has refreshed authorization and retrieved the authorized channel's name and identifier. Automated uploading has not yet been implemented or tested.
OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored in restricted files on the operator's Mac and Ubuntu server. Channel identifiers are used to verify that the application connects to the intended channel.
Use and sharing
Authorization data is used to connect the operator's channel and support development of authorized channel operations. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising targeting. Our current workflow does not send Google OAuth tokens or retrieved channel data to AI generation providers.
Cloudflare is used separately for script and artwork generation. Google processes authorization and YouTube API requests. These providers operate under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
Authorization files are retained while needed for development and channel operation, or until the operator deletes them or revokes access. Deleting authorization files does not itself delete any content already on YouTube.
For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact contact@viralpulse.cc. We will review requests and delete applicable application-held data that is no longer required, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Revoking access
You may revoke the application's access through Google Account permissions. Revocation prevents further authorized access but does not itself remove locally retained files; contact us for deletion requests.
Public website
These pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising, or sign-up forms. The web server may record standard access and error logs, including IP addresses, request paths and timestamps, for operation and troubleshooting.
Google API Services User Data Policy
VIRALPULSE's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes
We will update this policy when the application's data practices change.
